Early in my career, I worked as a financial analyst for a healthcare company, where I took my first ever business trip. I was so excited since it was the first time I had traveled at someone else's expense. I was told I would be traveling every month, so my manager at the time advised me to create a frequent flier account so that I can earn miles for free travel. I had NO idea what that meant or how it worked, but it led me to do some of my own research, which then led to an obsession for learning how the game worked.
A few months later, I landed a job at one of the most prestigious and well-known credit card companies, where my knowledge expanded beyond just frequent flier programs and introduced a whole new world of credit card hacks and strategies that most people still have no idea about.
I have since left that job, but I continue to keep up with the ever-changing landscape of credit cards and travel. I continue to work in my full-time job, where I am a data analytics specialist for a major tech company. So you can rest assured, I've run the numbers on what I'm posting about.
What began as curiosity and dumb luck has evolved into a mission to share my knowledge about credit card myths, travel loyalty programs, and maximizing your returns on everyday purchases. I love it so much, that I decided it was time to share my knowledge with the rest of the world. I hope that you find value in what I have to share with you all, and I look forward to helping you on your next journey, wherever it may be.
